on leaving

what is leaving?

leaving = to leave = having to distance yourself from someone or something, entailing you to move away from a previously etablised comfort zone.

what's bad about leaving? having to separate from the comfort zone you created can be painful. it's like druggies or alcoholics or coffee addicts being forced to go without their choice poison: they go into withdrawal. the system gets so accutsomed to having the usual stuff around, like the usual people, the usual plants, the usual chairs, the usual roads, etc, that when those "usual" stuff aren't around anymore, it's like you can't go on living and it's painful because you're so used to having the usual stuff.

bottomline: leaving is bad because you miss the things you used to have in the place you leave.

but what's good about leaving?what's good is that you get to experience many new things. new people, new places, new names, new plants, new chairs, new shops, new everything. you may get to miss the old stuff, but the new stuff may prove to be ok after all.

so. am i leaving?

yes. i'm leaving the bad air out of my system
